Mint Diamond Certificates

The HLX DAO would like to mint 56 Diamond Certificates (NFT's) in the Diamonds Protocol while they are at a 50% discounted price. These NFT's will earn ETH rewards from the Diamond protocol stake in the Blaze protocol. These NFT's will also include being eligible for the Blaze diamond hand club. There is currently 127 ETH in the reward pool.
