Next Helios Treasury

Proposal: We have PLS on pulsechain from Janus buy/sell taxes and minting fees. I would like to create our next treasury to continue diversifying our portfolio with assets that help sustain Helios.

Introducing Wonderland: This is an ecosystem of reflections tokens. There is a buy/sell tax that goes towards DAO, Liquidity add, and Burning itself. All 5 tokens have an initial supply of 777,777,777,777 and are deflationary from burns. Each token earns reflections simply by holding them. No staking, no lockup.

There are 5 tokens: BUNS -> reflects PLS ALICE -> reflects BUNS HATTER -> reflects ALICE CHESHIRE -> reflects HATTER QUEEN -> reflects CHESHIRE

Plan to implement: -Use PLS from JNS to accumulate BUNS -BUNS earns PLS from reflections on buy/sell taxes -Use PLS from BUNS reflections to buy and burn JNS
