Adjustment of Buy and Burn Settings

As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize the buy and burn mechanism within Helios, we are proposing adjustments to the current settings.

The proposed adjustments are as follows:

-Decrease buy and burn by 50% -Maintain current settings -Increase buy and burn by 50% -Increase buy and burn by 100%

It's important to note that while the community's choice will be implemented, the DAO council reserves the right to reassess and potentially lower the chosen setting if deemed necessary in the future.
