This proposal exists to present the budget for Semester 2 operations, covering both ‘cash’ and native $LEARN token allocations over the period between February - April inclusive. Full details and discussion can be found at this link.

By voting 'Yes' on this proposal, you are acknowledging your support for money to begin flowing out of the community treasury as outlined in the discussion over the next 3 months. Specifically:

• (Up to) $160,000 in stablecoin payments for contributors (including full-time staff), gas and software costs
• 200,000 $CCS tokens (2% of total supply) for contributor incentivisation
