[HIP-28] Reinstatement of aHermes, aHerms and Ara Gauges under Arbitrum Native Contracts

Voting ended over 1 year agoSucceeded

Introduction:

Post redeployment of Hermes V2, we at AraFi made moves to ensure that our exposed risk vector would be addressed properly and removed from our assets into the future

In this line of thinking we're now reapplying to have our gauges reinstated under our new Arbitrum Native contracts, not tied the network as a bridge assets as we were previously

Proposal Details:

As it were in the past we're still aligned with the vision that originally brought our wrappers to fruition

Our aim is to sustain token wrappers, aHermes and aMaia, as a strategic move to improve the functionality and integration within the Hermes ecosystem. These wrappers are designed to elevate the overall utility and efficiency for the community, providing a more seamless and rewarding experience in liquidity farming and staking activities

This also requires us reinstating our Ara <> Eth gauge that gave further value to the bribing system we've followed while providing a manner of direct exposure to users for our native token

We propose the establishment of Hermes gauges for aHermes <> Hermes and aMaia <> Maia pairs. These gauges will not only foster increased participation and liquidity in the ecosystem but also offer new farming opportunities for both Hermes and Maia token holders.

Summary:

The AraFi team formally requests Hermes V2 gauges to be created for the aHermes <> Hermes, aMaia <> Maia pairs and Ara <> Eth pair
