This proposal seeks to enhance the liquidity provisioning strategy for Sonic Chain by expanding and refining the gauge allocations. By doing so, we aim to maximize the utility and adoption of Sonic-native assets, incentivize participation through the Sonic Points system, and foster deeper integration within the Sonic ecosystem.

This proposal reinforces our commitment to supporting Sonic-native assets and expanding their liquidity within the Ulysses-connected Omnichain ecosystem. The addition of stS-based gauges significantly increases our exposure to Sonic Points while aligning our strategy with Sonic's ecosystem growth objectives.
With the Sonic Chain ecosystem still in its growth phase, the addition of new gauges provides an opportunity to assess their effectiveness over time. By concentrating on gauges tied to stS and Sonic-native assets, we aim to build a foundation for liquidity growth. Redundant or underutilized gauges will be phased out after a performance evaluation period, ensuring a streamlined and effective strategy.
Expanding the gauge system to include stS pairings has the potential to deepen liquidity for Sonic-native assets and enhance their utility across Ulysses-connected chains. This strategy supports increased adoption of the Sonic platform, benefiting users and protocols through greater capital efficiency and liquidity access.
IIf these new gauges are adopted, the resulting increase in Sonic Points earned by our platform presents a significant strategic advantage. The returns obtained from these points can be reinvested to drive further liquidity incentives, reinforcing our platform's position in the ecosystem and amplifying long-term value for participants.
The anticipated increase in transaction volume, fee generation, and Sonic Points accumulation will further incentivize voter participation and create sustainable revenue streams for our community.
