bringing back MCU as a hunger games Gamemode

MCU was a very fun game mode that brought in lots of viewers and many famous youtubers played in it such as techno, tommyinnit, etc, sadly it died due to not having enough players in its normal servers where everyone could join and the reasoning behind that imo was most people didn't know that they could join even while watching the stream since when I watched it no one said a thing about normal players being able to play it.
