Refined Men of the Herringbone,

We come to you today with our first official proposal that could change how votes are weighted going forward. Currently, all holders of the "Refined Man, Herringbone" trait have equal voting weights, whether your OOPA is equipped, or if you simple hold a Herringbone in your wardrobe.

Proposal

In order to further incentivize equipping the trait onto an OOPA, we would like to propose that the voting weight for un-equipped Herringbones be reduced. Some points to consider:

• More OOPAs looking dapper as PFPs, thus bringing additional visibility to the Herringbone DAO.

• More Discover Page and\or Marketplace OOPAs sporting full outfits.

• Less minted ERC-1155's available, causing scarcity in supply and potentially increased floor prices on the trait.

• Total investment of a Herringbone trait + OOPA is higher, so voting weight should reflect that fact.

Voting Options

With these points in mind, we ask that you vote for one of the following options:

1. Keep voting weight the same. Each Herringbone, whether equipped or held in Wardrobe will be weighted as 1 vote.

2. Reduce the voting weight to 75% for an un-equipped Herringbone - This would mean that each un-equipped trait would be weighted as 0.75 votes.

3. Reduce the voting weight to 50% for an un-equipped Herringbone - This would mean that each un-equipped trait would be weighted as 0.5 votes.
