Eden.art proposes the development and integration of ComfyUI into the Heurist Protocol miner program. This initiative significantly enhances Heurist Protocol's generative capabilities, aligning with Heurist's mission to democratize and innovate in AI technologies.
ComfyUI is a node-based development environment for defining, customizing, and running various image and video-producing Stable Diffusion pipelines. By integrating a Comfy server into the miner program, miners are able to easily import new models and workflows which are regularly shared by ComfyUI's large and vibrant community, and stay up to date on generative pipelines as they improve over time. ComfyUI's modularity, composability, and server-client architecture fit nicely into the miner implementation.
This grant application is for the first phase of Comfy integration. The deliverable is a fork of the miner program wherein all generation requests are routed to a Comfy server running on the miner's computer, along with a default text-to-image pipeline. Future phases would aim to add more pipelines, including video generation, as well as adding utilities that simplify or automate the process of adding new workflows to the server.
The Eden team comprises seasoned artists, creative technologists, and machine learning experts committed to an open-source ethos and innovation in AI. Our diverse skills and shared vision for democratizing AI technologies make us ideally suited to contribute to Heurist's ecosystem through this project.
