Asset liquidation - $APE and Otherside NFT

Exactly 1 year ago, we've acquired MAYC #1555 for 4.4 ETH, now valued at ~14 ETH. By holding it, it made the Hewer Treasury eligible to claim 2042 $APE tokens and 1x Otherdeed for Otherside land plot NFT, with no cost.

Now with this proposal we want to vote the liquidation of both the 2042 $APE tokens and the Otherdeed Land.

Vote: • A - Swap the 2042 $APE Tokens for ETH • B - Liquidate the Otherdeed Land Plot • C - Liquidate both ($APE Tokens and Otherdeed NFT) • D - Keep both in the Treasury
