HIP #3 - Hey Anon DAO – AI Agent Launchpad Applications

This proposal asks the DAO to review and vote on the first 10 AI Agent Launchpad applications submitted under RFC #5. These applications present a range of agent ideas, use cases, and token models for the Hey Anon ecosystem.

From this batch, the top 2 applications by vote will be selected to move forward. A second batch vote will follow for the remaining applications, where another top 2 will be selected, increasing the total number of approved projects.
