Abstract - The community of early supporters will choose which contracts to include as verified external collections minted on the Ethereum network to trade on the Hinata Marketplace. The DAO will vote on up to 25/30 collections using the native governance token. The chosen collections will be tradeable on the secondary market unless the DAO decides to delist specific collections by vote.
Motivation - In order to populate the platform with popular quality work it is necessary to select a number of outstanding collections available for trading on day 1. The Hinata DAO will largely control the external collection whitelisting process on the Hinata Marketplace. Collections up for vote are determined by volume, quality, popularity, and utility. Although the Hinata Marketplace will prioritize compelling anime projects and creators, all illustrated, 3D, and metaverse-focused content will be allowed on the platform.
Specification - The top 25/30 collections will be enabled for secondary trading on the Hinata Marketplace. Collections up for vote to be whitelisted.
Results will be determined by quadratic vote.
