Whitelist Giveaways for Goat Holders

To give Verified Goat Holders access to Whitelist Giveaways, either through Raffle or Games.

As we have been growing in this space we have been reached plenty of times by other projects over giving away whitelist spots to our holders. As a team we have been careful on these types of "collaborations" in order to protect our goats from rugs or losing eth. However over time we have had some holders who are interested in this type of access for holders and it is for that reason we leave this here for the community to decide on.
