NFT Utility

We are proposing a Propetual Reward System (PRS) integrating Self-automating Smart Contacts through Chainlink.

Chainlink offers the code for this application and we need to hire a Developer to compile the code.

The utility would work as follows:

Once our Hoichi Token contract sells its accumulated taxes, the Chainlink Smart Contract is triggered to take %3.69 of the alotted DAO funds, then randomly selects an NFT holders wallet to receive that ETH. The next contract sell will trigger the same event, this can continue forever.

To keep this Perpetual, we would integrate VRF through Chainlink as well. We need to pay a monthly subscription to keep the VRF going continuously. The cost is minimal, around $100 a month. Final cost will be determined once our particular smart contract is created. I will attach more information about Chainlink VRF to the proposal in main Telegram.

We also need $1500 at this time to pay the Dev we hire to compile this Self-automating Smart Contract as Chainlink does not provide this service.

Full transparency, I will be paying the dev, through Topal (the company that vets the developer we hire) with my credit card and this proposal will reimburse me. That transaction isn't onchain, but I will gladly share any recepts/credit card bill before I take my reimbursement.

Left over funds will be used to fund the monthly subscription (VRF). This would have to be revisited once funds get low, to fund our VRF.

This is a new and exciting utility that we hope to see change a lot of people's lives. We think this fits perfectly with our dev saying "you will see blessings out of nowhere, and I do say this from experience" as well as "think of other plebs before yourself".
