Techrate Audit for Staking Contract

We are set to deploy Hoichi Staking and I am proposing we fund a Techrate Audit (same auditor that reviewed the DAO) for everyone's safety and assurances.

We have had a free, quick check done by Techrate but as you will see it is not sufficient for everyone's peace of mind. I've attached that here for transparency sake.
