Hoichi Torri Bridge Upgrade to Stargate

Hoichi Community:

We have a very rare and unique opportunity beyond the scope of anything we could imagine or that we have originally set out to do. We are currently still waiting for Fusion 2.0 to go live, however even after Fusion 2.0 goes live the Hoichi Torii Bridge will not be live for an extended period of time that is currently undetermined.

The Fusion 2.0 API will not immediately be compatible with our bridge which uses SDK (Software Development Kit) which was developed around the Fusion API (Application Programming Interface). Due to this difficult circumstance Catoshi has agreed to do something incredible, the only way to provide us with a functioning product now is to UPGRADE the Hoichi Torii Bridge to a Cross Chain Multi Dex Aggregator (Swap) or a Stargate Bridge.

Catoshi has agreed to turn the "Hoichi Torii Bridge" into the "Hoichi Torii Gateway" at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO US!!!

These are the terms of the agreement with Catoshi to do this:

Original Hoichi Torii Bridge 2nd installment was going to be paid upon completion of adding Shibarium.

New terms: still same cost

Upgraded to Stargate Bridge (Requires 50% up front) This is to cover bridge Dev labor only This will take approx 3-4 wks as soon as Fusion 2.0 is live Maintain the 50/50 split on Stargate bridge fees w/ Catoshi Include a utility button so our admin can clear stuck transactions Include a widget to show real time bridge stats 50% to be paid at the completion of the work No mthly stipend for maintenance as that was waived 50/50 split on Stargate bridge covers service & maintenance We have the 50% that we will need to pay the first up front installment for the Stargate bridge.

We propose to use the original amount meant for the Hoichi $Torii Bridge and use 50% up front and pay the rest upon completion to upgrade to the Stargate bridge.

If we choose to not do this we will still owe Catoshi the same money for the Hoichi Torii Bridge once the SDK is finally live again, this could be in a few months, or 6 months or longer, we will have to pay the same so either way this will cost money.

Option A. Upgrade to the Stargate Bridge and pay 50% up front. (Shibarium will be immediately fully functional)

Option B. Wait until Fusion 2.0 is compatible with SDK
