Proposal: Hoichi Holder Activity and Participation

The Hoichi 369 NFTs are special and unique but there are many holders who have no longer remained active. Many of the previous rewards have gone to holders that aren't even aware that they have received this benefit, or they aren't aware or they do not care anymore. Therefore we have determined with the Devs help that it would be best if only active and participating plebs benefit from this reward.

When future NFT lottery numbers are selected the winner must be an active participant.

An active participant is defined as: Any holder of Hoichi Token and a Hoichi 369 NFT that is actively involved in shilling, raids, and Hoichi TG Chat or Hoichi Twitter engagement in the previous 14 days before the lottery selection.

The lottery selection and reward is random therefore the best way for a pleb to win is to make sure that they remain active within the community. Checking in once weekly or once every two weeks is minimal but enough to earn the reward.

If the NFT winner is not active and does not claim their reward within a 72 hour period then we will redraw and select a new NFT holder to receive the reward.

1. (FOR) Yes, passes the vote and requires pleb participation of all Hoichi 369 NFT holders
2. (AGAINST) No, retains the current NFT reward system and makes no adjustments
