Funding to finish the Staking and NFTs

Given where we are currently as a project, I think it's imperative we move full steam ahead on the utilities. Currently, we have a team of developers working on this at no cost in their spare time and it is my belief we should be providing payment to them for their work - not only because it is fair but because we need to get this done and roll it out in such a way that we can build this chart back where it belongs.

I am proposing that we pay the developers to finish the utilities, and also to provide the community leaders working on these utilities with the freedom to strategize and execute the rollout of the utilities in a manner they see fit.
