Proposal: Bridge upgrade Fusion API

The Fusion API has updated once more to include updated security protocols as well as a new platform which offers fee adaptability. Hoichi has made the Torii Gateway nearly free for ALL. In order to improve on the Torii Gateway and help the legacy token that is Hoichi Token continue to progress we will need to begin to add more opportunities for income. Now that we have proven that the technology is not only safe and secure but incredibly fast and efficient, it is time that we generate a small profit to increase resources.

This new upgrade will cost $7500 and will allow us to have a new API adjustable platform, what this means is that the next time there is an upgrade of the Fusion API it will not cost thousands to upgrade but only several hundred dollars. We will also be able to adjust the fee base for travel on the Torii Gateway which will increase the fee to travel to a fair amount which will provide Hoichi more income for bridge maintenance but still make it very feasible for all of our frens to travel the gateway.

The bridge tech team and Catoshi have not only waved their fees, they also will be contributing $1,500 towards the cost of the upgrade. This will bring the fee down to $6,000. We have approx. $3,000 in the DAO and marketing wallet and we have $10k in bridge liquidity that is accessible to us.

The Fusion team has seen the extremely high potential of the Torii Gateway therefore they have provided $40k in Bone liquidity for the bridge!!! Therefore we can use $3,000 from the Torii Bridge liquidity to complete the amount needed to pay for the upgrade.

Not having the bridge is a NON-OPTION we must upgrade quickly and move forward. Luckily the bridge upgrade will only take 10 days to complete so that the Torii Gateway can be back online by 09/30.
