Fund Hoichi and Bone liquidity pair

DAO Proposal:

Catoshi team agreed to postponing payment for the bridge. This will give us the chance to use the funds to add the liquidity pair that Hoichi needs for Bone in Shibarium.

We are moving quickly to end the year with a big bang!!!

The proposal is to use the $15k eth, all the Shib tokens and $2k in Hoichi tokens in DAO wallet to add LP pair with Bone. This will allow Hoichi to be paired with $Bone and begin bridging to and from Shibarium!!!

12 HR VOTE we want to have this done before end of year.
