Funds to hire Dev from Toptal for NFT utility

We have been getting some quotes from Devs for our NFT utility. We have heard a few numbers ranging from $5800-$8100. With that being said we have found an option!

We have found a Dev through the hiring agency Toptal. His name is Octavian and he is VERY familiar with Chainlink. I will put his resume here:

He has quoted us a price range (due to not being able to give an exact number in the hours this will take) He charges $116 an hour and it will take 50-64 hours to complete. That is $5800-$7424.

It will be tested, completed and ready to go in 7-10 business days. He would start Friday April 28th.

We also have the $1500 I received from the first proposal. It was wishful thinking for me to think we could do this for that price. I have never created a utility like this, so it was impossible for me to know what the cost would be.

So we are asking for $6500. That will give us $8000 total for the Toptal Dev incase he is on the high end of his estimate. It will also give some money for gas and fees to move this money. Anything left over can be put in the account to fund the VRF. I will show all charges before reimbursement, as I said before, the Toptal Dev has to go on a Credit Card.
