Torii Bridge by Hoichi

After lots of discussions in the Hoichi work group (public group with 80+ members), this is the option we are ready to present to community.  

We are proposing to build Torii Bridge by Hoichi, a fully decentralized multichain bridge to provide users across 17 different blockchains a gateway to Shibarium.  This bridge will be built on cutting-edge Fusion DCRM technology and will be a true differentiator.    This project includes a 50/50 fee arrangement with the developers and a 2K monthly stipend for maintenance (beginning when the bridge is live).  Hoichi reserves the right to relinquish the fees and stop the monthly payments at any time if it is not in our favor, as long as we give 30 days notice for contract adjustments.  

We will be seeking 30K in total funding (paid in two installments).  

Installment #1 - 20K to build a custom, Hoichi branded bridge with 16 chains and 1400 tokens.  

Installment #2 - 10K to add Shibarium + optimizing and testing.  To be paid at a later date.
