V2 Staking and $xHOICHI Creation / Implementation

This proposal is to implement v2 staking and create the $xHOICHI voting token, and implement its functionality for staked holders.

Components of this proposal:

• Lock periods with fixed APR
• Auto-compounding
• $xHOICHI token creation
• $xHOICHI build into staking contract to automatically match the amount of $HOICHI a wallet owns in the staking pool. This will autoadjust to reflect token balance as rewards accumulate and/or withdrawals are made.

Lock periods with APR is as follows:

No lock: 7-9% 7 days: 30% 15 days: 40% 30 days: 50% 365 days: 70%

Cost for the above is 3.5eth
