Shibarium x Hoichi Meme Marketing

This proposal is to use 125 million Hoichi tokens from DOA wallet to join a marketing effort to spread awareness for Hoichi.

If this proposal passes 125 million Hoichi will be transferred to 5tanimals wallet to give to the Shibarium Meme Competition Pool.

This Meme Competition Pool will have tokens and NFTs from other Shibarium partner projects as a reward for the winners of the meme competition!!!

This meme competition will involve 20+ other projects and communities allowing for an opportunity to shill on a massive level!!!! Our shilling will be x22!!! Next level exposure and an opportunity to add more tokens to our bridge and network.
