Proposal: Hodling requirement for rare 369 Hoichi NFT reward.

The Hoichi 369 NFTs are special and unique and in order to maintain the quality and level of community involvement needed to take us to the next level we must demand more of ourselves and each other.

This proposal received a 2/3rds passing vote with modifications from the Admin team. The original proposal was to require that each wallet that hodls a Hoichi NFT must have 100M Hoichi tokens in order to qualify for the lottery. Our concern was in the future when 100M Hoichi is worth $10K how will anyone ever qualify for the reward? Therefore the modified proposal is as follows:

In order for a 369 Hoichi NFT hodler to qualify for the lottery and receive the reward they must in conjunction with the previous proposal of community involvement, also maintain at minimum $100 USD worth of Hoichi tokens. At current prices on 09/15/2025 @ 5:57pm PST $100 USD worth of Hoichi is approx. 67M Hoichi tokens.

This value is better than a Hoichi token holding requirement because if one day Hoichi is worth $1 then $100 USD of Hoichi will be 100 tokens. For this reason we are not imposing a 100M token minimum or even a 10K token minimum or any token minimum but rather a value minimum. $100 MIN of Hoichi.

(FOR) Yes, passes the vote and requires plebs to Hodl $100 USD minimum in the same wallet as their Hoichi 369 NFT

(AGAINST) No, retains the current NFT reward system and makes no adjustments
