Increase of members

Vote to increase from 50 to 60 members. Admin have 3-4 new people wanting to join who have all been vetted and would bee a good fit for us. However we are maxxed out at 50 members currently.

We have been checking the chat logs and can see some people lurking in the background not really providing much added value currently. As previously outlined, it is required to be active or face losing your spot to someone who brings more +ev on membership. We are not a tokens or nft gated community whereby you can just sit and do nothing.

Even with increasing to 60, it does not guarantee you dont lose your place, if we feel that you are simply riding along with no input. We are working on some decent things, so carrying people will not be happening
