Creation of Homeless DAO

So it has been 3 weeks on Thursday since the creation of this group. And after 2 seed deals and a total of $278,000 invested over 2 projects, i would say it is going well.

• We have 2 multisig wallets created, 1 on ethereum & 1 on arbitrum, both wallet addys can be found in #multisig-addresses. Currently those parameters are set up with 3 members - Pikwik, KM & I. With 2 votes being required to pass a transaction. These parameters can be changed on request along with new members added/removed at any time, providing a vote is passed of corse.

All the addresses i had from the Curvance seed distribution have been added as authors, meaning you can raise a vote at any time. If you do raise a vote, please put a link to this vote in #snapshot-voting.

Finally there are 40 members currently in our closed discord group. I would propose we do cap the amount of people we allow in. It is important that everyone in here remains active. We are never looking to kick anyone, but we have a limited number of people in here and if you are completely inactive then you are potentially going to lose your spot to someone who brings more +ev on membership.
