Should we add cryptosamurai?

cryptosamurai would like to join honeydao. he was a part of county cap, with professional background in traditional banking, business administration, RH and business development (Investment banking), within crypto he says he has some relationship with some "influencers" and "big minds" close to powerful groups.

As a member of County capital he was always actively searching for new investment opportunities, so that could also be his role, looking for projects that would add up to creating value in Honey Dao portfolio; he has no problem with approaching projects/devs, etc..

He would like Honey DAO to be a respected/well stablished Investment DAO, I.E. that it's a DAO that enhances value to the projects instead of being labeled as a pump/dump organization. (not that it is, just giving an example as in how some DAO's/Vc's are labeled like that)

he was also investor of tokemak, and some has commented of him being very active in that project. as you all know, we need active members, interested in making DAO greater than what it is right now.

so i would like to know if bees wants him to join the DAO.
