Should we fund Fuji DAO?

Recently, Carteius contacted Fuji DAO and had a deal. But the terms were unfavourable in the current market situation. This vote is to understand what the majority of the DAO thinks about the Fuji DAO deal.

Fuji DAO raised Seed Round at a $12m valuations. We will be participating in the Second Round at a valuation of $40m to $80m.

Seed Round (completed) Valuation: $12m Allocation: 10,4% Allocation price: $1,25m

Second round: (we'll be in this) Valuation range: 40m → 80m Allocation: 6% Allocation price range: 2.4m → 4.8m

The vesting periods were also unfavourable with no release until Month 9 for Second Round (us) whereas Seed Round will have 55% of their vested token by Month 9, the time of our first release.
