Thales has Synthetix in their Seed Round (35% of Thales tokens go to SNX stakers with 24 months vesting. Thales received 125k SNX in return). Other VCs are Framework, IOSG, Apollo Capital and Zee Prime Capital. We have $200,000 worth of allocation.

Deal: 0.33$ / Thales -> FDV is 33$ million for this round No additional rounds planned according to Thales team member.

For vesting, the tokens will unlock linearly over 24 months from the TGE, which is expected in 2-3 months.
