Trial Period for new members

Since we now have a registration form for people who wants to join HoneyDAO, it makes sense to have a few rules if the application was successful. For DAOs, it is important to have active members which can also contribute in different ways. Especially in the early stages.

Proposal: For that reason, we want to make a proposal to introduce a trial period of new members: If the application was successful, the applicant gets access to our private Discord channels & the Hive and gets a voting token. After that, the 4 week trial period starts where the new member can show his/her skills and how much he/she can contribute. After 4 weeks, the DAO members vote again if the member passed the trial period based on their contributions and activity. During trial period, the new members cannot invest in deals.

If this proposal passes, the trial period also counts for all new added members since 1st of August. The 4 week trial period for those members starts at the moment when the proposal passes.

With this proposal, we want to make sure to add active members which can help the DAO grow and also give the new member the opportunity to try this kind of work in a DAO.
