Description: My proposal is to reduce the allowance of HOOP from 1 mil down to 500,000 HOOP to join the HOOP Coin Committee.

Rationale: Demand for HOOP is at an all time low. This price range would allow ones to take to get in at a lower price but still have a say at the table. This potentially could create some demand for owning hoop if they can be apart of the decision making with the HCC.
