Trade ETH to USDC from the community wallet

Seeing as we are in a bear market we need to protect our funds as best as we can, as some have suggested in the community channels we need to consider selling some of the community ETH and trade it into a stable coin such as USDC.

We are proposing selling 65 of the 76 ETH into USDC as soon as possible while the price of ETH seems reasonable.

USDC funds will remain in the community wallet until a decision will be made to use them in the future.

This will still allow us to do things with ETH as 11 ETH will remain in the wallet.
