DAO Change Proposal

Since the last vote did not meet quorum we are trying this one more time.

HOTM is in a situation that requires immediate actions, the following proposal is a first step in order to get these done.

We propose to dissolve the current DAO and its constitution.

Instead of the DAO a council will remain to continue the efforts for the HOTM community.

The council is a TEMPORARY solution, its purpose is to transition the project to new leadership/ownership.

The council begins as the original 7 voices of the previous DAO as its members, the initial structure will be a 5 of 7 requirement to pass a vote.

After the council is formed all votes will be made by the council members with equal voting power.

Once formed the council will have the following roles:

1. Manage the community funds
2. Find possible new leaders for the project
3. Asses new leaders and their teams
4. Do low cost activities on discord (raffles, game nights and the like)
5. If needed reduce the size of the council into one of these structures: 5 of 7, 3 of 5, 2 of 3
6. If needed replace council members
