HOTM Project and Asset Ownership Transfer to the 7

A new Gmail account will be created and a transfer of the Medium data into the newly created account will take place.

Razvan will provide The 7 with all the necessary credentials for: Twitter, Instagram, TikTok.

Razvan will transfer the graphics assets to the new google account drive owned by the 7.

Code: Razvan created a fresh GitHub Repository that will be public very soon, and it will contain: Front End, Back End, and Contracts. The website is built in Webflow. Razvan will export it to the new Gmail account. The domain and SSL will be transferred as well.

For Cloud services Razvan uses GCP. One of the 7 will create a google cloud service project and give Razvan access in order to migrate the infrastructure.

An alchemy account will be created with the new email.

Razvan will write a proper documentation in the repository for the contracts usage.

The contracts will be transferred to the 7 Gnosis wallet. In addition, the OpenSea collections ownership will be transferred as well alongside 100% of the future royalties.

Razvan will provide access to Discord/transfer ownership. the 7 voices will take over the project entirely, meaning that they will use the DAO funds and build on top of the current assets (that may be transferred).
