Core Proposal 3: Proposal to go crosschain

My dear Huckleberry friends,

After weeks of debates and discussions, the time has come to determine, once and for all, Huckleberry's crosschain fate.

As this is a major protocol-altering decision, we will take it in steps. First, we will all vote to determine what new chain to deploy on (if any). Then, Huckleberry's developers will design 2-3 viable crosschain mechanisms (ie. what to do with the FINN token). Finally, we will vote to determine what crosschain mechanism to use.

A few more important details regardin' the amount of support we can expect from each chain:

• Moonbeam: similar support as we received on Moonriver.
• Clover: full marketing support from the Clover Foundation.
• Fantom: no support secured though there are incentives available to all.
• Metis: no support secured.
• Polygon: no support secured.
• Avalanche: no support secured.

To pass: At least 10% of the eligible votes must vote.
