Mint Strategy Voting

Hey to all of our lovely Humanians. What a crazy last few days it has been. We are very optimistic and confident in what we are building even watching the crypto market burn down around us. The strength we have built for this project can only be credited to the community and their strength to keep holding on. We value and appreciate every single one of you so much.

We have a lot to be proud of as 80% of the collection has been minted (5256 / 6565) and we currently have 2,248 unique holders with less than 4% of the collection listed for sale on secondary sites. Now THAT is the power of a strong community!

We’ve been watching the community suggestions since mint day and have been using many of them into our strategy as we have moved forward. Yesterday we had a lot of mints (almost 700) throughout the day through the help of twitter raids, our collaboration projects and alpha group partnerships. Many have jumped in to support us and what Humania stands for.

In Humania, transparency is always valued. The NFT market has been in a hard spot the last few days with the current state. But we are fully confident in what we are building and by the looks of it, our community is right there with us! We keep you all in mind with every decision we make, and as we inch closer to reveal date, we are left with a decision on what to do with the mint.

We will hold a vote, starting now, via snapshot where our holders can vote on what decision they’d like the project to do before we go into reveal.

Below are the options, and snapshot link for voting. Every Humanian that you hold will count as 1 vote.

*Just so all of Humania knows, as a project, the founder’s team wants to proceed with option 1 for multiple reasons. Being able to provide more funds to our charity partners, seeing all of the art in all its glory from our many many traits without cutting supply, and also being able to build our roadmap further with more funds. As a team, we really believe in our project, mission, ethos and core and we strongly believe the rest of the NFT industry will see this as well, by reveal day if not before. *

Option 1

Total Supply is kept at 6565 - We keep mint open and go into our reveal as planned on May 12th.

In between now and reveal, our team pushes our network, collabs and roadmap development to keep mints coming in. This will benefit the art diversity between more total supply in the collection (not needing to cut traits to make the rarity work correctly for a smaller collection), the donation amount we can give to our charity partners, and the funds we will have for roadmap development moving forward.

We believe that this strategy will help us in the long run for development of the project, and our art is so strong that we will have outside buyers joining our community simply because of the art, and then staying for all of the love! We can continue to mint out after the reveal as by random placement, there could still be legendaries left to mint at that time (as we have 100 in the collection)

Option 2

We cut supply 24 hours before reveal - Then go into reveal with no more further mints available.

24 hours before reveal, if we have not minted out, we will cut supply at whatever the number sits at - In doing this, all sales that happen post-reveal to be directly through secondary marketplaces. We will have to reduce some of the art traits in order to make sure the rarity will still work correctly on this reduced collection.

The cutoff time would be at <t:1652281200:F>. At that point we will cap the supply and that will be our final total supply.

Option 3

We cut supply now to 5555

As soon as the voting period ends, we cut supply to 5555 and continue on with our plans for reveal. Art would also need to be reduced here so less traits in our final collection.
