[Gauntlet] - COMP Rewards Recommendations (Part - 1)

Summary

Gauntlet would like to recommend adjustments to COMP rewards for both supply and borrow side across comets mentioned below.

Note :

• The Base USDS recommendations will be implemented in part 2 of recommendations.
• The COMP reward adjustments for Polygon are referred in an earlier recommendation (See below).

Motivation

This recommendation aims to adjust COMP rewards for various assets across multiple Comets. Gauntlet recommends to adjust COMP rewards to aide optimal utilization and lower COMP burn.

Specification

The proposal updates the parameters by using the respective methods on the Configurator.
