Code of Conduct Council Dissolution Proposal

The Foundation has proposed the dissolution of the Code of Conduct Council (CoCC) in Season 7. As outlined in the Operating Manual, a persistent Council continues into the next Season unless a dissolution proposal is approved.

This proposal reflects structural learnings, not the contributions of past members, who played a vital role in decentralizing accountability.

If approved, the CoCC’s operations will cease, and its functions may transition to other groups.

There is no operating budget proposal (serving as a counterproposal) to continue the Code of Conduct Council.
