This proposal invokes the early termination clause of the OpenZeppelin Security Partnership for 2025 with the minimum notice of 60 days, at estimated time of proposal execution, on behalf of the Compound Foundation as part of the initiative to engage in a formal RFP process on behalf of the DAO.

If enacted and executed by end of day (UTC) Thursday, July 10, the timelock will schedule the stream to terminate in 60 days at end of day (UTC) on Monday, September 8.
