Season 8 and 9: Budget Board Member Ratification
The Budget Board is being introduced in Season 8 and exists to bootstrap critical infrastructure and frameworks to enable the Collective to make sound financial and economic decisions.
The Budget Board will bring us closer to achieving important decentralization milestones. Full details here.
The Foundation is proposing to appoint the following members to the Budget Board, to serve as representatives from May 2025 - May 2026, as per the Collective Council Framework
Lead
- Dane Lund - Founder of Lund Ventures, former Alliance DAO Core Contributor, former Grants Council Lead (Genesis Cohort/Season 3, Season 4)
Genesis Cohort - Token House Representatives
- Xochitl Cazado - Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at Optimism Foundation - (Member will not receive an OP Stipend)
- Michael Silberling - Data Analyst at OP Lab - (Member will not receive an OP Stipend)
- Katie Garcia - Partner and Head of Operations at UDHC, formerly at Maker Foundation, and Token House Delegate
