DAO Operating Budget Midpoint Adjustment

This is a Reflection Period proposal, subject to 51% approval by the Token House.

The Budget Board Proposes a midpoint adjustment of 2.3M OP to adjust the DAO Operating Budget for the remainder of Council and Board terms (through beginning of June.)
