Hydranet ticker change: DAO VOTE # 18

We have recently voted on the top two tickers the community would rather have over HDX. This is the last opportunity to change before the new token contracts. Changing to an unused ticker can save us conflicts in PR from an existing project with similarities. You will have Four days to vote.
