Officially voting in current multi-sigs for -- one year

The current DAO representatives have helped in marketing, organization, media creation, tokenomics, planning, testing, and game theory. Alongside the core support team and our hydranet developers, progress continues toward the shared goal.

This snapshot vote is to officially vote in the current DAO multisig representatives Walleye, Beljora, Argon, Mcfinity, and OneDev.

If this vote fails, operations from the current month's payments will continue, but multi-sig transactions must halt. The community will have one month to select a new multi-sig and present three team options to the current hydranet leadership.
