Hydranet Web Wallet: UI/UX demonstration, proof-of-concept development, and closed beta version launch. Hydranet Web DEX: Proof-of-concept showcase and UI/UX design release. Marketing and PR: Team overview update, Hydranet DEX Network Litepaper publication, and more. HDN Token: Exploration of HDN Tokenomics Version 2.0 and visualization of the Hydranet DEX Network. Hydranet's Lithium: New EVM off-chain protocol research and development. Research and Development: Trustless liquidity provisioning research and external signer research for Bitcoin and Lightning transactions. Open sourcing (Phoenix): Code review, documentation, and licensing.

2024 Q1 Roadmap Highlights: Web Wallet: Public test net release and external Bitcoin signer release. Web DEX: Merging of the Web Wallet into Web DEX and order book re-write. Hydranet's Lithium: Multi-hop routing addition and smart contract fee optimization. HDN Token: HDN tokenomics update announcement and on-chain governance implementation. Research: Hybrid swaps research and on-chain governance research. Open Sourcing (Phoenix): User onboarding, marketing, tutorials, and feedback.
