Summary: This proposal introduces a structured open-sourcing strategy for the Hydranet roadmap, targeting completion by the end of 2024. the primary reason for having the DAO vote on adding open-sourcing the DEX code to the DAO timeline is to emphasize transparency in community-driven development and to ensure the DEX is categorized correctly and compliant with regulatory frameworks.

1. Preparation (Oct 2023 - Dec 2023): Code Review: Ensure no sensitive data in the code. Documentation: Create essential guides and protocols. Licensing: Choose a suitable open-source license.

2. Beta Testing (August 2023 - Mar 2024): Announcement: Publicize the beta phase. Feedback: Implement a system for testers' input. Iterate: Refine the DEX based on feedback.

3. Onboard More Users (Mar 2024 - Dec 2024): Marketing: Amplify outreach efforts. Tutorials: Introduce user assistance initiatives. Feedback: Continuously gather user insights.

4. Higher Limits (April 2024 - Jun 2024): Evaluate Feedback: Ensure platform readiness for increased volume. Update Docs: Reflect any significant DEX changes. Announce Transition: Inform users about the DEX's new capabilities.

5. Open Sourcing (Jul 2024 - Sep 2024): Repository: Set up on platforms like GitHub. Publish Code: Make DEX code public with essential documentation. Engage Community: Encourage contributions and address issues.
