Hydrex Emissions Optimization Proposal

Hydrex is proposing to update the originally defined emissions schedule found in the Hydrex Documentation, based on community discussion and a circulated draft proposal in the Hydrex Discord.

The suggested adjusted emissions schedule for the remainder of Y1 is as follows:

Proposal Logistics

Implementation Timeline

• After the 12th epoch flip on December 4th, the top-line emissions amount for the epoch will be 1.2% (6M), as expected in both schedules.
• Before the 13th epoch flip on December 11th, the upgrades will go into effect in preparation for the next weekly emissions adjustment.
• On the 13th weekly epoch flip on December 11th the updated schedule will start being applied as illustrated above (1.18% instead of 1.3%).

Additional Notes

• There are no impacts to Hydrex’s Anchor Club Program.
• There will be no changes to the originally defined rebase & treasury allocation amounts.
• The previously defined emissions optimizations in Hydrex Surge will still be in effect.
• Shortly after completion of the emissions changes, the new schedule will be posted to docs.hydrex.fi in place of the current schedule details.

Voting Details

A snapshot will be taken based on earning power held (not delegated or automated) at each address, immediately after the weekly epoch flip on December 4th, 2025 at 00:00 UTC.

Hydrex Flex and Protocol Account holders may vote for one of the following:

• Affirmative - I support the modified emissions schedule.
• Negative - I do not support the modified emissions schedule, and wish to maintain the original schedule.

The eligible voting period will be December 4th 15:00 UTC, until December 9th 15:00 UTC. There will be no required quorum.
