Potential Risk: If the markets continue to drop we'd lose USD value, but likewise holding ETH alone the value will decrease as well.

Potential Rewards: With the markets dipped (pretty much at the bottom of entire range), it's a good opportunity to invest funds (see charts below). No guarantee it moves up but every time price has been at this level it has moved up considerable which indicates strong support and market buys at this level.
