Should we tie July’s WAVE reward to NFTs or to the NFT holders wallets

A voting opportunity has been presented to the Hydro Whales holders, allowing you to make a decision regarding the distribution of WAVE. The options under consideration are as follows:

1. Perform a wallet Snapshot and assign WAVE tokens to the current NFT holders' wallets, enabling them to claim the WAVE reward once the token launches in August. (if voted for the wallet snapshot will be taken on July 14th)

2. Tie the WAVE reward with the NFTs instead of the holders' wallets. Enabling whoever owns the whale when the WAVE token is launched in August to claim the reward.
