HIP-003 Hyperlock Maintenance Fund

Summary This proposal seeks to establish the Hyperlock Maintenance/Ecosystem Fund to provide essential support for development and infrastructure over the next six months. The fund will cover costs for two core developers and necessary infrastructure expenses to maintain operations.

Motivation Despite current challenges, ongoing work is required to keep Hyperlock functional and to address outstanding technical issues reported by the community. Securing short-term funding will ensure that core contributors can continue necessary development, fix known bugs, and process the backlog of issues reported in Discord, while also keeping key infrastructure running.

Proposal The Hyperlock Ecosystem Fund will allocate:

Developer Compensation – $45,000 for two core developers over six months Infrastructure Costs – $9,000 for hosting, operations, and other essential infrastructure services Total Requested: $54,000
